We strive to display our cup capacities (fl oz / ml), insulation hours (hot/cold duration), body materials (e.g., 18/8 food-grade stainless steel, borosilicate glass, BPA-free plastics), and lid leak-proofing features as accurately as possible.
Drinkware Safety & Usage Disclaimer: All drinkware products sold on cuppromotion are crafted from food-grade, non-toxic materials. Customers should inspect drinkware for defects prior to first use and wash all cups thoroughly before drinking. Thermal insulation performance may vary depending on ambient room temperature, initial beverage temperature, and lid sealing tightness. Do not microwave stainless steel vacuum cups or expose vacuum-insulated flasks to extreme thermal shock unless explicitly labeled microwave/dishwasher safe. cuppromotion is not liable for scalds or burns resulting from improper hot liquid handling.
Pricing and Order Adjustments

Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
