30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, insulation performance, and durability of our drinkware products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards for Drinkware
Due to strict public health, safety, and personal sanitation standards regarding food and beverage containers:
• Tumblers, water bottles, ceramic mugs, and glass cups MUST be completely unused, unwashed, containing no liquid residues or odors, and in their original packaging with all original tags, box inserts, and lid seals intact.
• Used cups, washed bottles, or items showing signs of beverage contact cannot be returned or refunded for sanitary reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, loose vacuum seals, damaged lids/straws upon unboxing, or broken glass upon delivery are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used, washed, filled, or customer-damaged water bottles, tumblers, and mugs.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unused drinkware items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@stamlay1913.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unused condition and original packaging of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unused item securely in its original box along with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during return transport.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Buda facility to confirm unwashed and undamaged condition, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different cup color, capacity size, or lid style, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Broken Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with cracked glass, heavy dents, or broken lids from shipping, please contact info@stamlay1913.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
